they really take the fast out of fast food. they advertise these chicken wings that they say they dont have? how can you make someone listen to the same "try our new...." message at the drive thru and not have it? or they are too busy playing on their phones to make them. im not exaggerating when i say that i have not once not had my order screwed up or not had to pull up and wait for something that was going to "be a few more minutes"..yea try 5 minutes bc your hanging out with your friends at the register and pounding away on your phone which never leaves their hands. the service is terrible but pretty good considering they do everything with one hand. i dont kid myself and expect things at mcdonalds, wallmart, etc to give supreme customer service or any other place that doesnt pay bc these people are there bc they are not capable of doing a customer service job anywhere else or they are a student or something and really could care less about their job and are only there bc their parents made them find work to keep paying for their car, education, apartment, etc..but at least have one person there who can keep them off their phone long enough to throw a burger in a microwave!
