Stay in Spring Grove then. People like you is whats wrong with America. Letting a 5 dollar human mistake make so much hate. Thia place has the beat food and will survival without customers of the likes of you.
08/23/2020 - The WORST Customer Service Ever.!!
Absolutely the "Worst" customer service I have ever experienced.! I placed an order for pick-up. When I got home I realized I did not get my complete order and called the store to ask them if they could send me the rest of my order. The manager (Sergio) absolutely refused to send the rest of my order to me but told me if i wanted to come back to the store he would give me what was missing. So now (to no fault of mine) I am out money and did not get my food. I am totally disgusted by this experience.!! Genova's owes me $5.49 and I plan to let everyone know how they treated me,,,,Be Warned - Stay away from Genova's.!
