User Reviews for Big Ugly's Unhappy Camper posted on 03/27/2009 Rating & Review: This is the second and last time we will every order from this place. Both times we ordered we received either the wrong item or missing items. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The staff is not at all friendly either. Rather than having a happy to help you personality, they act as though you are bothering them. Is it wrong to expect people to do their jobs correctly. In this day and age they should be happy to even be employed. No manager was available to even attempt to correct any issues. If you're looking for an expensive place to get drunk, you've found your new hangout. What ever happened to customer service?
