We have been to Claire's several times over the years and were satisfied, this time we went, we vowed we would never go back again. Our waitress took our drink orders and huffed at us when we asked for a drink of water mumbling, "I Haven't the time for that". When we ordered, we asked for the home fries to be cooked "well-done". when the food came our potatoes were cold and not even slightly browned. We told her to take them back, another huff. When she brought more out for us, there was hair in them. Had to ask for a cup of coffee to refilled. Nothing had a good taste, as though the grease was old, NEVER AGAIN.
