Had breakfast there this morning…..feta cheese omelet was terrible. No offer of a coffee refil. Portion was small and overcooked. Never again….BTW the cashier said she can’t count money…..seriously? Never be back!

Always love going here the last three experiences have been a disappointment. Breakfast was terrible for lunch I ordered a turkey sandwich it was lunch meat that looked like it could have been bologna. Today I go to fish dinner with halushki and it absolutely had no taste I ordered a piece of coconut cream pie that was literally spooned into the container. It was just whipped cream and graham crackers.

Whether it was years ago when I ate there with the old owner or now with the new owner, they have always treated me and my family right, with great service, great food, and prices never a long wait even when they are packed ! Always a smile when you come in, while you are being served and when you leave !!!! Always an enjoyable experience, and one of the cleanest restaurants in the whole town !!!

Ordered take out food, found egg shells in the meatloaf, bacon cheeseburger was overcooked like shoe leather and the spaghetti was gummy. These are basic foods that any one should be able to cook. I called and complained with no satisfaction back.

Since it changed ownership, it has gotten terrible. Last 2 weeks, ordered the Friday fish special broiled for takeout. The first week, the edges were so burnt, you couldn't eat it. Was also very dry. The second week, ordered the same thing. I told the lady taking my order about the previous week, and requested fresh made. She told me she would make sure it was. I got it home, opened it up, and surprise!! It was breaded instead of broiled. There isn't the care to the customer with this owner as there was with the previous one. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Other customers must think the same thing because it isn't as busy as it use to be. On Fridays, I'll just go up the street to long johns silver. Anymore, their fish is better.

I started going here when it was in the Geistown cloverleaf. Since then it has been our place to eat with my father in law. Now it has changed hands. The food is still good for the price and the Thursday special of Pot Roast is to die for. The only thing bad is the coffee carafes, they are horrible to pour, please use the old ones. Bought pies for Christmas this year the Coconut cream hardly had any coconut and so was not very good.

as a small child growing up my grandparents always took me and my sister here for diner.. I have great memories of that the food was always the best!! as an adult I had moved,I recently came back to visit and my sister and I couldn't wait to head to the coffee shoppe for diner and a trip down memory lane... boy what a huge mistake!!!! the food was not fit to eat!!! it was cold... just slopped onto the plates burnt... where has the care and love gone?? and to top it off the place is filthy!!!!! the only thing that was good was the chocolate penut butter reesey cake.. at least the love and care is still in the desserts...
