ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Will NEVER eat here again! A restaurant you definitely should AVOID!
My husband ordered ham and eggs. There was an extra, far-too-expensive charge for potatoes, and a glass of orange juice was over $3.00! RIDICULOUS.
The plate arrived with toast burned literally mostly black; something anyone would have thrown away! I asked that new toast be brought. It took forever to get the new toast, which was also much too over-toasted with black edges! I would not have eaten it, but he was hungry. I was annoyed and disgusted.
I ordered a Reuben and Onion Rings. Another Mess. Small square rye bread, first problem: a good amount of clearly very old, tough, thickish-cut, mostly un-chewable corned beef; almost no saurkraut, sauce, or swiss cheese! HORRIBLE. I got about 6 large onion rings; 2 so badly burned they were inedible. I had to ask for the chips which were supposed to come with the sandwich. Coffee was weak and unpleasant.
Service SLOW when there was only one other couple in the restaurant when we sat down.
