I haven’t had any food from Jai Alai in forever ... my wings were awesome last night! Good choice for dinner.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND RELUCTANTLY HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THEIR FOOD QUALITY IS GOING DOWNHILL. THE BURGERS ARE BEING COOKED INCONSISTANTLY AND WINGS THE SAME. SO, I'VE TALKED TO THE COOKS AND THEY ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT WAY OF COOKING. ASK WHO THE COOK IS WHEN ORDERING, AND REMEMBER IT THE NEXT TIME YOU ORDER TO GET SOME CONSISTANCY. MARK MAKES THE BEST FOOD FOR ME. TRY THE STUFFED PRETZEL; I THINK ITS THE BEST IN TOWN. AND THE $2 HEINEKENS ARE THE BEST BARGAIN IN BEER.......BOB IS THE OWNER. IF YOU READ THIS BOB, PLEASE PUT OUT CUSTOMER COMMENT CARDS TO MONITER WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF YOUR FOOD AND SERVICE. ALSO, I LIKE THE AMBIANCE CREATED BY THE TV'S WITH SPORTS CHANNELS ON AND JUKEBOX PLAYING AT A SANE LEVEL IN THE BACKGROUND. IT MAKES FOR A RELAXING PLACE TO EAT, DRINK, AND CARRY ON A CONVERSATION WITH FRIENDS OR TALK WITH THE GENERALLY FRIENDLY PEOPLE THAT COME HERE....

Have attempted several times to go here and rechance the experience ,however each time we have gone there the food has continually gone downhill along with service. Last night I went there on a date and found I was being served out of to go containers,while some plates were plated correctly others were in baskets or foam containers. The ribs were cooked to death ( literally unedible)and there was barely any meat on them, the ends of the bones were charred black,yet they were covered in freshened sauce. My girlfriend had the blue cheeseburger and it had no blue cheese on it and the bun was hard as a brick. The burger over cooked( WELL OVERCOOKED). The appetizers ( battered mushrooms) were so hard that piercing them with a fork was akin to stabbing a golfball.
We expressed all of this to the waitress, in hopes of her letting management know that the experience was sub standard even for bar and grill type food.( we were offered to select another menu item, however by that time we were just no longer hungry and didnt want to chance a remake of the same.)
The bill was paid in full, and no comps were offered even after sending 90% of the food back for the wastebin.
Wings and drinks seem to be the way to go here. ( but as an aside note, the first time i went here the wings were tiny, over cooked and pricey.
Eat here at your own risk.
Service was friendly, however it seemed understaffed.
Left a note for management about our experience.
Frankly my rating should give it a half star.

Haven't ordered food from this place in many years.....just called for a take-out when the young man who answered was very rude....I told him I wanted to order a bacon mushroom cheddar burger....his quick reply back to me was hey man we don't have a build your own burger man.......then blah blah blah.....needless to say I was pissed off and said f-ck you!!! He lost my business and I will pass the word on as I have many friends around the valley.....Punk needs to learn some manners when he's working.....and I will talk to the manager tomorrow!!!!! Totally pissed off!!!

The food is excellent I love coming here good prices, but service there is one older lady with black hair that usually works behind the bar she is horrible, terrible personality, not friendly & is rude. This should NOT be her profession at all.

We love this place! They have great specials and the waitresses are awesome! Come out for wing night and have a blast! Everything about the Jai Alai is great... from the great food to the drink specials to the atmosphere! come down and sample. YOU will no regret it!
