Longhorn is by far the best steakhouse in my opinion. Normally our steaks are prepared perfectly. But this time was different. Ousteaks weren't cooked right. Mine was rare instead of medium, but I can eat it either way. My fiance like hers well done but got it medium rare. We sent hers back and the burnt it to a crisp. You couldnt even chew it. After notifying management we figured she'd get a good steak or discount.Instead they walked away and we didnt get anything.
