User Reviews for Heim's Deli & Food Market Ed posted on 06/18/2009 Rating & Review: They delivered the wrong sandwich, we called they apologized we request the correct sandwich. After waiting 1 1/2 hours more (lunch now long over) we requested a refund. After another 2 hours we called again they said they don't give refunds. JUST A BUNCH OF THIEVES
