We decide to have trial meal one night. We got the Tostadas, Carne Asada, Beans nachos and the wings. For desert we had the Sopapillas, Oh My! ~They were soooo good. They served them with Vanilla Ice cream and used honey and Chocolate Syrup over everything!
The servings were generous and the flavors was very authentic. What caught my "flavor" was the sour cream used. I can tell that was home made, I could taste the lemon flavor in it, used to "cut" the milk.
The wings were bold in flavor, not spicy hot, a good balance of taste. There were dry style and well seasoned.
After trying their food, we decided to have them to do some dishes for a family party. Even though they did not have a catering menu, they met our request. All my guests loved the dishes. Some of the meals we order were the Wings, Chicken Nachos and the Sopapillas. Next day some of my friends were calling to see if they could stop by to get some Sopapillas... but there were gone!
Definitely a place to enjoy!

Worst Dining Experience -- The menu says authentic Mexican Cuisine. The Nachos were topped with mayonnaise and cheese whiz. I have been to Mexico half a dozen time, to the southwest dozens of times and have never seen mayonnaise or cheese whiz on Mexican food. The tortilla chip where soaked with oil and hard. The entrees were barely eatable. The Coup de grace was the addition of an $8 service charge for making a reservation. Needless to say I did not pay the charge

Great Food! You haven't had a burrito until you've had one at Taco Suave! OMG! Real Mexican food - the Mexican restaurant chains can't even come close to this... we have a spectacular meal every time we go.
