Sauces are superb Pizza: Sauce, quality and texture of dough are superb, and lasagna is superb! My sister, when visiting from Minnesota, visits Nicke's about 4 times during a week's stay and praises it as being the BEST! My family and I agree! Nick understands how to blend the chemistry of the ingredients which he uses. First Class! Bravo!
