The most ridiculous dinner I have ever had! Do not even think of going here!
Let me start with the place is really nice looking: in and out. But it ends there.
We went on a Friday night. No staff whatsoever. 1 person did everything - cooks, wait, bus. Upon arrival we had to wait about 10 minutes before being acknowledged.
We decided to try out the Cheese and Pate plate. It was supposed to be imported cheeses and pate with fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, a baguette and a raspberry pepper jam. It arrived with 3 grapes, 1 strawberry, 2 walnuts and 5 dried cranberries. There was 6 slivers of 3 kinds of cheese and a fingerling of brie. The pate was about the size of a quarter 1/2 inch high. There were 12 crackers. No baguette, no jam. All that for $16.
Everything on the menu is $13.99 with a few add ons. Wife had a salad w/ chicken, strawberries, candied almonds and a strawberry vinagrette...sounds good right! Not. First, the chicken was very dry. There was almost no dressing on the salad, 4 slices of strawberry and about 3 almonds. $16.50
I had a roast beef "French Pocket", essentially an overpriced panini. AND thats all it was...The taste was ok, but it was unbelievably small. There was 1 thin slice of roast beef. It was supposed to have grilled onions, yet again these were missing. $13.99.
We also had 2 glasses of absolutely terrible wine. $7 and $8. Additionally, the glasses were full of water spots and the table next to us sent there glasses back because they were filthy and covered with lipstick.
Total bill after tax was $64.24..Then get this, the guy had the gall to automatically add 20% tip to the bill.
On the way home we passed a Subway and I was just thinking how we could have had 2 footlong sandwiches made the way we wanted with chips and a drink o for less than $16. I'm sure we would have enjoyed ourselves much more.
Needless to say, we will never be back and we strongly advise anyone to stay away!
