User Reviews for Rosie & Terri Mexican Cafe posted on 01/22/2009 Rating & Review: I have been to rosie 2 times and was very upset. I bought menudo and got really sick. I thought they changed owners so I went again and bought cosido and it was worst then the menudo. I got 1 slice of a carrot, 1 small potato and a small piece of meat that was to hard to eat and I tossed everything in the trash... posted on 01/22/2009 Rating & Review: very small a little hole in the wall, no room to move and nasty food.
