Went here for the first time to get takeout. I have eaten a lot of Chinese food and this ranks as one of the worst. Some highlights… the fried rice had little flavor, the Crab Ragoon was fair but the sweet and sour sauce stained my dishes, what is in that stuff, I have never had sweet and sour stain dishes before. They must do only takeout because the tables had random boxes all over the place. There was a child running in and out of the kitchen with no shirt on climbing all over the place. I question the cleanliness of this establishment. I won’t be returning.

This is the closest I've had for that good Chinese taste being from east coast, I've been eating here for last 14 years and never fails....2 problems wish they had duck and no Dim Sum, I eat here alot and man where else in PDX can I get good Mushu.

We absolutely love New Chinese Cruisine!. The Lo Mein is so good with fresh crunchy veggies and it’s not greasy. Sweet n Sour Soup is perfect for a rainy day. They are always busy, so plan accordingly. Well worth the wait!!

Awesome food if you don’t mind waiting an hour to pick up, food ordered by the phone, was told to pick up at 5:50, showed up at 6:00, not ready, still waiting and it’s 6:35. 12 people waiting on food inside, all with masks.
Need better time management.
