I ordered two shio ramens, one spicy miso, one calamari and one chicken Katsu to go. I received my food after 20 minutes (thank you for at least that) and took it home shortly after. Upon opening, each ramen was cold, perhaps from the 5 minute car ride. The calamari was soggy, wet and honestly DISGUSTING. The chicken Katsu was dripping with water, yet somehow super chewy and tough? I am so sad and disappointed. I've spent hundred of dollars here and was excited to finally get again to go. I called the nice (new) server and told her my situation. She communicated with her manager, and he informed her that he would "probably call you back later." I said that I would like a refund and confirmation that he will call me back, 100%. She told him. She then said, "we don't do refunds. Sorry i am new, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your food." I said that it's probably not legal to not refund me (I'm probably wrong but cmon it's common courtesy??).. she then said there is nothing she can do. After asking to speak with her manager, She said, "my manager doesn't take calls and he doesn't speak English." I asked if there's anyone that can speak English, she said no. I'm so confused right now so no refund, gross food and an unhappy tummy. Love to hear it. There are much better sushi and ramen places in P Town, don't make the same mistake i did!!
