My husband bought me a gift certificate for this restaurant over the internet at Local Flavor. We went there today. Number one, there was only a few cad table there, all on a dirty floor. It looked like a construction zone. All it had was one hole cut in the wall. We stood there for a moment, and some lady with a shawl around her head came over. We showed her the gift certificate, and she just shook her head no. She took the gift certificate to the phone and she said in a havy accent that she did not know about this. She gave back the gift certificate and again said that she would not take it. It was the dirtiest, most crude place that I have ever been to, and I have been to many restaurants in Mexico and the Middle East that were way cleaner than this. Shame on Local Flavor for advertising for them, and shame on the city of Portland for giving them a business license. It was absolutely unacceptable....
