1) Sorry, but your scones are awful! Old recipe was MUCH better!
2) I came in with a group of 6, went to a table that could easily seat 8. There were only 4 chairs so I asked “manager” if we could get 2 more chairs. He said, sorry no, he can only have “X” number of chairs, he couldn’t add any. I asked if it was ok to move from other tables, and he said ok. So I asked patrons if I could move a chair?
3) Please seriously consider adding another “station for placing orders, OR hire some wait staff and have a real customer friendly business, where you can sit and have someone serve you! I have been to your business twice since reopening and have been less than pleased.
4) Please buy some *&$#@ whole wheat bagels!!!!
5) You are an important part of this part of OC, it is obvious that you have done a LOT to make your business attractive - please think about things from a customers’ prospective.
