I think i's the best pizza in Vancouver. My family and I have been going there to eat for 3+ decades, now.
They do not skimp on the toppings and use quality ingredients. They have a lot of topping options and also offer sub pizzas.
I never have heartburn or acid-reflux from their food, which I get from other pizza places. Especially the major chain places.
They use small versions of their actual pizzas for the buffet, with many offerings to choose from, so no just basic cheese or pepperoni with sparse toppings like most other places. They also have fried chicken and jojos along with a salad bar, and good price on the buffet. (~$10 per person as of my writing this)
The buffet even has a slightly less expensive no-pizza option if you just want chicken and/or salad.
They play all the Mariners and Seahawks games and is a great place to hold a meeting as they have 3 meeting rooms along with a big main seating area.
The only knock (hence the 4 stars) on the place is it's ran by a small family and they are getting up there in the years so it could be a touch cleaner, but it does not stop me from eating there. Nor should it stop you.

Stay away from Buffet flies everywhere bathroom stinks up entire restaurant. Way over priced.
