I went to this restaurant this morning for the first time with my family to meet some friends for breakfast. We had a party of 10. We requested to be seated outside (there was plenty of open seating inside and out) and were refused. Staff then proceeded to squeeze 9 chairs (we had 10 in our party) at a round table that generally holds 6 chairs. We were so put off by the lack of accomodations that our party agreed that we would take our business elsewhere. Upon leaving the restaurant to go find an alternate place to eat breakfast, our friends son tripped in the parking lot and cut his head which required medical attention and stitches.
Although it was my family's first time at this restaurant, my friends and their families had been there on other occasions. We all agreed that we will never visit this restaurant again. I was appalled at the lack of service provided by their staff.

I'll start out and say that the food was excellent and normally I would have given a higher rating, however they lose two points for poor service. It took almost an hour to be served from the time we arrived. It was busy, but not packed.
The waitress was very nice and friendly, but once we had ordered she never came near us again until the food was served. She didn't check in, she didn't let us know the order would be delayed... nothing. We began to suspect that we had been forgotten and I was seriously considering leaving. Neither the coffee or the hot chocolate was anything to write home about and when the meal finally arrived, the waitress mumbled something about "Thanks for being patient." which irritated me since we were really beyond being patient and I was arriving at being mad. By the time we were served, the place was more or less empty.
Yes, the food was good... Will I bring another out of town guest there? Probably not.

The food is very good and beautifully presented. The servings are very generous and the cost reasonable. Groups up to 20 are accommodated in the private dining room and get excellent service. Our Red Hat chapter has been accommodated on several occasions and nothing but praise from our members.
