After it’s been closed for about 5 months due to ownership issues from the rumor, it reopened in October. One of the previous owners is running the business trying to look better with Japanese servers, but still serving poor quality food with small portions and high price. Their happy hour menus were same with higher price, too: but no happy hour drinks. I been there few times after their reopening and management seems terrible: wife is always on her cell phone, smoking outside with the Japanese traditional clothes on, sitting in the lounge with Japanese customer drinking during the business hours, and mean to her waitresses. The main fat sushi guy is always talking sh*t about someone and eating at sushi bar where customer can see. Servers’ service was very nice and professional but you can tell that the restaurant is piece of crap run by bad people. It’s hard to see the restaurant with long history and used to having a good reputation going down, but STAY AWAY!!
