User Reviews for Big Red's Restaurant Simply stellar posted on 06/22/2009 Rating & Review: Parking lot was full, but still plenty of seating. Air conditioning was perfect. Food quality was superb, and the brisket and potatoes are the best in Beaverton. Salad was crisp and fresh. The ribs here are succulent, and have a rich, smoky flavor. Not as good as the stuff in Texas, but probably the best ribs and brisket you will get this side of Boise or Denver.
