I've gotten take out from Romeo's on many occasions, and the food has always been good, and the service courteous. However, my wife and I stopped in to eat and have a drink at the new sports bar at the Scarborough location, and the experience was poor, to say the least. We seated ourselves at a booth that still had dishes on it from the previous customers, and proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes for our server to engage us. The server never even acknowledged us, nor did anyone come to remove the dirty dishes from the table. After 20+ minutes, we just got up and left.
Word of advice: might be a good idea to have servers at least acknowledge the customers.

While the thin crust pizza is great, DON'T EVER BUY A SMALL SALAD!!!! It was the size of my cell phone and cost us $4.50. Very upsetting.

I disagree with the one prior rating of Romeo's Pizza. My husband and I eat here often and the food is terrific. The bread they use for their sandwiches is much better than Amatos. Always good customer service. Great menu -- almost too many options. Will continue to recommend.

Terrible! I ordered my Calzone with everything but olives, and they gave me ONLY OLIVES. No apology, just another 45 minute wait to get my calzone. I was scared to eat it.
Thinking that everyone makes mistakes, I thought I would give them a second chance. Tonight, I called for a delivery order and they told me they were to busy for my business, and to come back a different time. I asked when would be better, and they said not Today! Even after speaking with their manager, he didn't care, obviously they have enough business. What is one more customer to them. I will not be back and I warn you to do the same.
