I have only been here once and the food was not great. The wait staff is nice and the locals all love the place, probably because they never leave Rhode Island, or Smithfield for that matter. What I will tell you is that the kitchen is disgusting, tons of health code violations, and the owner (new in the last couple of years) runs some shady business. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The best homemade hash in all of rhode island!! Excellent food and very generous portions! (for a low price!!) they also have keno!

The food is excellent. Best red gravy around! Huge portions, low prices and friendly, hard working staff. Not a first date atmosphere but great for a relaxing true diner experience. I highly recommend the chicken parm and their bread and rice pudding!

i have been here several times and it is always a great place for lunch. Friendly waitresses, good American fare, fast service, and great prices. Love the baked apples!!

I had their steak with eggs, homefries with onions, toast with coffee, and it was very good. they offer 2 types of steaks. delmonico and silroln. right now offering this deal *Steak Meal* for $6.99 my delmonico was a 12 once steak. with a little fat on it, and you can play keno. while your there.

This is the best place to eat breakfast in RI! You need to try the homemade hash! The service is excellent. Dan is a rrreealllyyyy great waiter.
