WOULD HAVE BEEN AN EXCELLENT MEAL, FOOD AND SERVICE (BOB)WAS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER WE ORDERED 8OZ FILLET WITH SALAD AND RECEIVED 4OZ IF THAT, 4 THIN SLICES, TOLD BOB AND HE REDUCED THE BILL BY $2, NOT HAPPY, SPOKE TO MANAGER HE ACKNOWLEDGED THE SHORT PORTION AND REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF.. POINT IS IF WE DID NOT COMPLAIN THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGE FOR AN 8OZ FILLET $12 AND ONLY SERVED 4OZ..NOT RIGHT IN MY BOOK..TRIED TO PLEASE US BY GIVING US A COFFEE AND A DESERT GRATIS.. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS PLACE...

We have been a regular customer of this Cafe for years.
Recently we found out that the former owner sold it and we decided to give the new owner a review of our own.
After a 20 min. wait we were seated, and was served by one of the original wait staff.
We ordered and was pleasantly surprised at the new chiefs skills in making an attractive and delicious presentation.
I had the pork tenderlion done to purfection,as ordered, with a raisin chutney.
The side vegetable sounded weird, but Bob our server said they were great, so I was pleasant surprised at the mix of winter squash and fresh beets oven roasted.
The portions were more than enough, so that I have another meal to eat at home.
My wife had the grilled salmon, and was equally please with her meal.
Good job all around. Keep this quality going, and we will still visit on as a regular customer.
