Description: Blaze East Side opened in August of 2005 with critical acclaim from a number of publications. Blaze East Side is "Cooken with Fire" preparing cuisine from different regions and cultures. Every thing is prepared on site from scratch with the freshest ingredients available.
The friendly comfortable atmosphere offers a relaxed place where customers enjoy innovative food and cocktails either in the dining area or at the bar. There is something for everyone.

went for the first time last night. My partner and I shared a green pizza and crab cakes. I have to say, they were the best crab cakes I ever had! The green pizza, which at first appeared to healthy for me, was wonderful. I am going back this weekend just for the pizza. Staff was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend Blaze to everyone. Tx Connie

I went back last week after some time away. Staff was nice but the food has gone of a much lesser quality than I remembered.

What used to be one of my casual favorites has sold out. I stopped in for a quick bite after a movie and I got tepid overcooked frites and a meatloaf mixture burger. different textures through the burger as well as spiced throughout almost like onion soup mix. Used to have adventurous wines but now basic bargain bin stuff. Server was good but people in service area drinking wine and lightbulbs out in restroom tell me they have let their standards slip

I went last night for the 1st time. This place was awsome. I got there before my party and felt very welcome and comfortable. The service and food were excellent!

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome and the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. I recommend it to all my friends.
