User Reviews for Ben & Jerry's Ebba posted on 07/08/2011 Rating & Review: Yum! Yum! We got a waffle cones that were just made in front of us. The ice cream was amazing. The price was reasonable considering we were in Newport. Ben & Jerry's is located on Lower Thames Street which is right after the Parrot restaurant and before The Magic Studio. There is street parking but you are better off parking in a parking lot. We bring our friends and family to Ben & Jerry's when we visit Newport.
