Tommy’s Pizza Too in Cranston has the WORST customer service around, I even tried speaking with the owner and he was just as bad if not worse than his employees. I have never in my life spoke to such rude uneducated people! this was all over a sandwich that they made that was horrible it was soaked with oil and water... I tried asking for them to just switch the bread for me if they couldn’t make a new sandwich and I would personally take it there, and the response I got was "I’m sorry theres nothing we can do if you don’t like it like that next time order the dressing on the side or don’t order it at all" last time I checked that wasn’t professional. I was hung up on several times also by the owner himself. I tried apologizing for my husband being rude back to them and the owner basically told me to "screw" in not so many words and that we aren’t allowed to order from them again...wow really, over a sandwich? lol. I am beside myself and completely at a loss of words. only thing that comes to mind is the word childish. anyway obviously they have tons of money and don’t need local business so...best of luck to you! :)

Food is not bad and prices aren't bad..the person on the phone for take out it BAD I actually call other places first as all she does is yell:Tommy's, please hold" she is abrupt and has no phone class. They need to train their staff big time.

Ordered pizza to go. The service was good, everybody was friendly. The pizza was awesome. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni. The wings zings are amazing too.

Can't count how many times I've ordered from this place. Pizza is fine.
However, they treated me (as a customer), badly.
Made a mistake with an order and delivered cold food. They didn't even consider re-heating. Wouldn't be so bad if the order wasn't for an out of town family member.
Absolutely no reason for it. Thanks jerks!

I found hair in my food and the service was terrible. Half the staff was on their cell phones and the other half where flirting with each other. Its more like a high school event then a resturaunt. I was NOT impressed and will not be returning.

Being from Chicago, I long for a great pizza here in Rhode Island. Tommy's is the best pizza that is in Rhode Island hands down! The price for a large pizza is very reasonable and I would recommend Tommy's to anyone who asked, "Where's the best pizza?" Now if I could teach them how to make a great Chicago Deep Dish Pizza! LOL

The Pizza is good. Delivery is prompt and the grinders are the best in the area.

Great food---unique pizza with so many different varieties. Prices are reasonable.
The service, though, can sometimes be rude and/or abrasive---even when calling for delivery. Unfortunately, that makes me think twice sometimes when calling in an order. If the food wasn't as good as it is, I'd go somewhere else because of the service.
