The potato logs were not done raw and they had dirt on them never again will I eat anything from this place again. Yuck.

I had been in the Loves recently and the chicken next door at Chester's smelled so good. So today I thought I'd buy some for my family. I could tell by looking at it that it looked like it had been sitting there for a while but I was going to take a chance on the chicken anyway even though it looked very dried out. I did however ask to please give me some fresh mac n cheese as that one looked very old and there was only a little bit and also some fresh mashed potatoes and fresh biscuits. The old man working there stirred them up and said "NO", you cant have fresh. I could not believe he said that! It clearly had been sitting there warmed for a long time! I will not be returning and will let everybody I know to not eat there....terrible customer service and old food!

Have purchased chicken several times but this last time, about 11:45 am, purchased family pack and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were soggy and rubbery with no flavor. Tasted like reheated for long time. Family pack fried chicken was definitely reheated for who knows how long. I can tell the difference between relatively fresh fried chicken and that which is reheated, or kept heated for long time. Frankly, tasted like a batch cooked the previous day. Maybe had I waited a little longer into lunch, I'd have gotten the fresh lunch batch. Oh, and the biscuits?, definitely not fresh. Don't know when they were cooked, but likely way earlier than when I got there. Suggestion, label the old stuff as day old and discount it...don't pass it off as fresh!
