Everything is wonderful hard to believe it is not real meat,my family and I love Eden

I don't know what I'd do without Eden! The food is so good, it's all I think about! Sure, there are menu items that use processed soy to make deli-meat-like fare for people newly into eating sans-animal, (who may not have even considered a meat-free diet before), but there are also options that are unprocessed and more traditionally vegan for folks like the pretentious, bratty, know-it-all who commented above,(who, for all our sake, should really just stay home). I'm ordering right now! I <3 Eden a Vegan Cafe!

Never ask them about processing soybeans so heavily and chemically altering them to the point that they call soybeans "ham".
They are REALLY touchy about that.
