I really like supporting local, and discovered their shop was close to home, which is great. It is a cute shop with easy parking. Their customer service is not as good. The staff that I talked to both to place my order and pick it up were pretty unhelpful and a bit rude. The cupcakes were a nice presentation and tasted ok, but I will not return because of the way I was treated.

I requested for a quote on a birthday cake for my daughter but they never responded. I then sent a follow up message and still received no response. I completely understand if they did not have the the time to make it because of prior engagements, however, they could have took time to respond to me to let me know. I will never consider them in the future for my baking needs. Thankfully, not all bakeries in the Columbus area think so little of potential customers and I am completely excited to see the product of the bakery that wanted my business!!
