During a visit to Crabtree Valley Mall I encountered the worst customer service @ Mainstreet Market Restaurant. The food clerk at the register named Mina or Nina refused to give me a fork when I asked politely for a simple utensil. She stated "were low on forks." and when I asked again she stated "You'll need to buy something in order to get a fork." I was not only offended but taken aback as if I she were paying for the forks out of her own measly food servant check...
I didn't lower myself to act foolish but instead taking it to the BBB to hurt the restaurant in their pockets. Word of mouth is the best advertisement even when the service is terrible..
