Don't know if this location is franchise or not but, today, the staff needed help. The young lady working as the manager or supervisor was working hard to fill in for lack of complete staff and so was small staff. All were stressed, seemingly unhappy. Unfair to them and customers. Did not have tape for register and apparently other supplies. Most customers were sympathetic...some left. Franchisee or district let them down
