Arrived at 5:10 and ordered drinks and dinner. The drinks arrived in 30 minutes and tasted watered down. We were told the bar was short handed and had asked for additional help. We asked for new drinks and were told the Owner had made the ones we had. The old drinks were returned...melted ice and all...with the comment that the order added another shot. How tacky. It's not like we had drank most of the drink and then complained. We had only tasted each drink before sending them back. New ones should have been made. Not able to finish the drinks. The food arrived more than an hour after we had ordered. Steaks were to be "medium well" but arrived "very very well done" and dry. Already uncomfortable with the service and attitude we ate what we could and left. We have been to Washoe Flats many times and have noticed a slow degeneration of service. This is definitely our last trip.
