First time to dine there a few days ago. It was very good. The food and service was really good. We both love turkey and this was a great experience. Even the coffee was 5 star, better than the restaurant chains.

Not happy with the person working the drive thru. Sat there for over 5 minutes waiting. Never had to wait before. She needs to pay attention to what is going on.

My family has been in love with the Turkey Roost since our grandparents began bringing us in the '50s. There was a real turkey roost outside. We even took day trips from the north Detroit suburbs just to have lunch.
I now live on the west side of the state and rarely get to my favorite restaurant. The turkey is fabulous and we have never had unfriendly service. I do have one issue, please, please , please do mail order meals!!! I know freezing isn't the greatest but I would be happy to pay for shipping.
Thank you for many years of great memories.

We are from out of town and always love to visit this restaurant every time we are here. Their turkey pot pie Is the best! We love the instant fast services.

Was in the Turkey Roost on1-2017. What a change in the menu. The pot pie is now half the size. The turkey dinner senior plate, was lucky if you could see it. I couldn't believe how the food was down sized. I'm not a big eater but it wouldn't fill anyone up. They raised the price and downsized the food. Won't be going back there. Too bad they had a good thing, now it's like all the rest of the area for poor restaurants.

We went to Bay City for my son's hockey game. A fellow hockey dad told me about this restaurant that servers only turkey, a pink place, didn't know the name...We headed north on M-13 and we found mecca for turkey lovers. We sat down and the waitress jumped into action...Drinks were served with their biscuits and honey. Our meals arrived in minutes. The turkey was incredible, the stuffing great, the potatoes excellent, and the gravy was better than any turkey gravy I've tasted. I have to admit that I was never a fan of cranberry sauce, but the Turkey Roost has created one that I enjoy.

Great place! Don't miss out the next time you head up north. Exit 162 to M-13 and hang a left to the first all-pink restaurant on your right. M-13 parallels 75 and you can get back on north of Standish.

Enjoy!!!

We never go up north without stopping at the Turkey Roost. We have introduced many friends to this outstanding restaurant. Keep up the great job.
