Great food

Yet another bad experience. Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner and specifically asked for 2 breasts and a wing because I do not eat dark meat. When I got home I found they gave me 1 breast, 1 thigh and 1 leg. They rang it up as 1 beast and 2 wings which was not what I ordered but still would have been better than what they me. I wasn’t going to go back out in the cold to get this corrected but I called. I was told what I ordered would have cost extra which I gladly would have paid. What they rang up wasn’t even what they gave me. I have only 1 edible piece of chicken when I paid for 3. They hardly seemed sorry. Most every time I go there the ladies are rude. I’ve also had a girl yell at me for asking for butter for my roll another time I went there. I was told the butter should be in there but of course it wasn’t. The customer service here is very bad. I can understand a mistake or an off day but it seems like this is the normal at St.Joseph MI Chicken Coop.

Went to get dinner and the girl in the drive thru was so rude could not finish telling her what we wanted and she was cutting us off and saying is that it maybe someone should let them know u should be a lil nice to ur customers
