Such a disappointing dining experience. First thing our party noticed was the unpleasant musty smell of the restaurant. Service was slow and when our fish dinners arrived they smelled very fishy. The fish was mushy and tasted bad. We did not finish it. Dessert was very average definitely not made in house. Our bill was close to $150 dollars. Do not waste your time and money on this restaurant.

I have been there 2 x's and it was 2 days in a row ! Our food was excellent, I had the same thing both days! We sat out on the deck and it was peaceful, clean and what a beautiful lake. The 1st day we saw a seaplane landing and taking off and the 2nd day we watched all of the gorgeous boats. We had a very nice, pleasant waitress that was very accommodating. The lunch prices were extremely reasonable- $20.00 for 2 perch platters! I can't say enough nice things about this place, I can't believe anyone would complain about anything. I will be back many times in the near future, your perch are outstanding !!!

My parents recently bought a home on Fishers Lake. We were very anxious to find a restaurant to dine at when we arrive on Friday nights. Two of the neighbors we asked about Fisher Lake Inn had terrible things to say. Everything from "incredibly over-priced" to "Rudest owner and manager ever" to "Raw, greasy, smelly fish." We assumed that the locals were just hard to please. We were so very wrong. My server was a sweetheart, but the neighbors were right about everything else. The manager acted like he was doing us a favor by seating our party of six. He practically tripped my son when he passed by, not even an "oops" from him, not to mention maybe a "sorry kid". And the food was pathetic. Our tab was almost two hundred dollars and we came back to the cottage and made mac-n-cheese.The wine list is minute, poorly written and lacked a decent choice. Plus, the bottle we did order arrived already open! The server told us it's their policy. I bet it was a mistake from a week before. From now on we'll pick up a pizza and some sandwiches at Frankies on our way to visit Mom and Dad. And, we'll never doubt the neighbors again. But if you want crappy food and nasty management head on over to the Fisher Lake Inn. Oh! The lake is called FISHERS Lake. They even got that wrong.

Not a child friendly restaurant. The manager was very rude. We were the party of 7. Had a very expensive dinner with a big tab over $200. Bathrooms didn't have changing tables so after EVERYBODY left the room I change my son's diaper on the blanket on the floor and the manager had a very rude comment about it. Not going there again for sure!!!!
besides my fish had no taste at all. Food not so good and overpriced.

Great service- very attentive!
The food was great, the prime rib is fabulous. Salad bar was very good many choices and well taken care of.
Be sure to make a reservation! The first time we went we did not make one and had a bit of a wait. Overall it's a fantastic place to eat, great atmosphere, and beautiful view of the lake!

Waitress - friendly, adequate.

Atmosphere - beer with the white-collar boys wanting to act blue-collar. The view of the lake was nice.

Food - we had the perch and it was very greasy. It was supposed to be "lightly breaded and fried" but was soggy with grease.

Price - High: The salad bar was $7.95 (definitely not that good but plentiful as its serve-yourself) and the perch was $16.95.

I think the price for what we received was what primarily rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe I expect too much.

Broad menu, quality upper scale food in a casual atmosphere. A little pricier than some, but really good food. The deck on the lake is a nice place to have dinner and a few beers.

We had a group of 6 and the meals were good to marginal. My cod was raw on the inside, I politely asked to have it cooked more, and it came back a second time the same. Everyone at our table could see it was undercooked. The waitress even said "yes, it looks not done" but they didn't offer to do anything. I'm not a complainer, but I did ask the waitrress to at least let the manager know the problem. She came back and offered free dessert which I declined. All I wanted was my meal to be ok....even if it were sub-par.....oh well that sometimes happens. But there was zero concern about it being raw......and the manager didn't even have the courtesy to come and talk. I wasn't the least bit contentious...I just wanted a decent meal.

Great food. Beautiful view of the lake all year. Outside seating in summer. Clam chowder is among the best. Friendly, fast service.

This is a quaint location, on the lake, and the food is good! If you are looking for a secluded seafood restaurant with a touch of retro 70's...this is where you will want to be!

So go, relax enjoy the views of the lake and the great food and atmosphere!
