Today was the last time I will ever set foot into any Biggby cofee. Person was so rude to me. I spent nearly $12 (yes, they are over priced) on two drinks and when I didn't tip the girl behind the counter called me a cheapskate to the other worker. I don't general tip but that's my right not to. You lost me to the competition.

Skip this place and go to Cuppa. We do pour over and it's the best you'll ever have.

Ship the chains. Get your best coffee downtown at Cuppa's. Pour over coffee that rocks. Keep it real dude. Farm your own stuff, keep it organic, and go to Art 624.

My mom won't take me here anymore because of how poor they do things here. It is a cute place. mom likes Tim hortons next to it. Its fun.

I find the staff could care less if I'm there, but the patted are fairly good. I prefer to do to Starbucks or the new place on airport rd.

I read these poor ratings and decided to try the coffee. I usually go to McDonalds or Tim's. This coffee is as bad as what people say. I thought this chain was good, but not so once I tried it.

Place is expensive, but it's not the worst coffee I've ever drank. It's just okay. Just moved here from Chicago and nothing beats fresh roasted coffee at Intelligentsia. The best. Jackson is ripe for a coffee roaster to come to town.

I come down from Lansing where Biggby is on every corner and love them in Lansing. However, the Jackson one fails in all areas. I'm not sure if it's the same owner or not, but something needs to be done with this location.

Went here while visiting my sister. Coffee was not good. Sister had a latte that was okay, but my coffee was just not good. What's with this chain?

Used to go here, but it's not the same. Prices ahve gotten out of hand and the drinks are not that good to warrant the higher prices. I go to Starbucks now or downtown.

I think this place is better than what the reviewers say it is. It's a chain, but who cares. I do agree that the prices have gotten ridiculously expensive.

Bad experience in the drive thru. Wrong drinks and over charged for my order. I've since talked with others and they too get over charged on drinks at the drive thur. I hate getting ripped off.

Prices have gotten out of hand and the service is not very good. Drinks are fine, jut expensive. I find Tim Hortons next door does a better job for the value.

As hard as they try, they cannot make a decent latte. It's nearly $5 and it's burnt and stale tasting every time. I quit going.

Took my daughter here and had terrible service. My vanilla latte was flat tasting. My daughter liked her hot chocolate.

Friendliest coffee shop and best skinny mocha in town! It has a very warm environment, with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. With free WI-FI, it's a great place to get some work done, as long as there aren't too many people in there.

It was a nice place, but the worst latte I've ever had. I travel a lot and I know coffee. Where can one get a good drink in Jackson? I go there once a month?
