Your tasting menus are great. When is the next one. Still waiting for a reply since middle of Dec.

When we arrived the girl at the door just told us to take a table for 4 anywhere we liked. No welcome or smiles to greet us. The minute you walk into the motel there is a very strong smell of chlorine from the pool, any one with breathing issues would be choking. The dinner started to arrive very quickly like it was a race to feed us and get out. Unfortunately, the soup wasn’t hot, actually any of the food that should have been served hot wasn’t. The waitresses never mentioned what we were eating at each course and when asked weren’t too sure. Maybe you should give some thought into placing a menu card on the tables as all of your guests have made reservations beforehand and I don’t think we should have to remember everything on the menu!. Very dark uninviting atmosphere. We weren’t offered tea/coffee or any specialty drinks after dinner or with our desserts. No one seemed to waste any time leaving, probably going some place for coffee and dessert! This is a great concept but in the wrong place, run by the wrong staff. Not enough thought put into this restaurant, long long way to go before it would ever be a considered enjoyable. Go back to the drawing board folks!!

Time and again the tasting menu has been great. We look forward to the varied menu and try not to miss a Tuesday
