My 60 chicks girlfriends took me here for my birthday. We had a vegetarian scrambled egg dish with toast and fresh fruit. It was absolutely delicious. The waitress was outstanding and very welcoming and kind. The gift shop was great and the pies are wonderful. A 5 star restaurant. Wonderful food.

Best desserts anywhere. Genuine Mennonite cooking and baking just like my mother grandmothers, and aunts. Absolutely delicious! Friendly, excellent service too.

My husband and I dine here every Friday for their special, never have been disappointed, we love this little restaurant and would highly recommend it...the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable

Our favourite restaurant, breakfast, lunch, or supper. Really good meals, plentiful, and served by wonderful servers who make you feel very welcome. The desserts are delicious. We've never been disappointed. The gift shop is delightful, with a good selection of DaySpring cards. Thank you Rose and staff!

We have been lunching here for quite some time!. The home made food is excellent. The waitresses
are very friendly, competent, and treat us like Family ...
this is a Wonderful dining experience. .And don't forget the fabulous

Our favourite restaurant. Great home cooked food, attentive staff and cozy atmosphere. Only one complaint; the last three visits to Schmidtsville and there was no apple pie. The are dozens of different pies on the menu. It seems apple must be the favourite because it is often sold out. Perhaps one or two other pies could come off the menu and they could make more apple pie. I look forward to the apple pie.
