Terrible customer service, worse food. Orders are often made wrong and the wait time is double what they tell you. If you ask for your order to be corrected or make a complaint you will be met with blatant disrespect, and may possible even receive your order as loose ingredient in a plastic bag and told by staff to make it yourself.

I ordered the standard special written on their board, 2 1/4 pound donairs with the works and a small garlic finger. The donairs only had meat and definitely weren’t 1/4 pound, and the garlic fingers were uncooked. Upon returning this and requesting my order be corrected, staff gave me nothing but attitude, they rewrapped what I brought back and tried to give it back to me. When I complained again they threw the toppings in a plastic bag and told me to do it myself. It was not a difficult or unreasonable request that the order I paid for be fulfilled, staff refused to give me my money back and were VERY rude and disrespectful.

Do not give this company your time or money, there are better pizza places in the city. This is the WORST service I have ever received in my entire life and I will never order from them again.

wonderful owners and staff, food is excellent especially donairs and stuffed crust pizza!!!!

I ordered a delivery to a local hotel and recieved no utensils or napkins, the salad had no sauce on one side and globs of sauce, the lasagna was store bought for sure, and was burnt all over the sides and the bread was all dried out. Will never eat there again, complely gross
