food is great they give so much food
but service is just not the best the waiter be so thirsty to ask for tip ughhh just wrong makes me not want to leave him jack

ordered the seafood delight, very disappointed, the menu included the ingredents with shrimp, scallops and lobster and crap meat.....there was no crab meat, the lobster was the sheep imitation crab meat and only 4 shrimp ! very deceiving to the photo presented and menu listed ingredents

On 12.19.14 I ordered delivery. When I ordered i was told it was going to be an hour. I finaly got my food an hour AFTER they promised. I called 3 times before the fact. When the delivery man finaly got to me he told me that my cc was never written down. By that time I was livid& I told him I wasn't giving my number again. So he asked if I wanted my food& I said I did but I wasn't paying double. The driver stormed off& slammed his car door. The driver refused to give me my recite or the menu. I called them once again about what the driver told me& the lady tried to get me to give my cc number again, I then told her that I also did not get all my food& I want it. I then found out that that I wasn't charged for what I ordered & I told them it was not my fault& I wanted it anyway& I'm not paying for it. I was told that I would have to come get it& pay for it. I told them I was not doing that because it wasn't my fault,I was hung up on. I called them back,& was told that they were busy& will not do that. I told them that I was the customer & I wanted my food. The lady would not budge. I then told her that she lost my business,& all she could say is I'm sorry. I ended up having to share the main course with my husband. An hour after all this I found out that my transaction for this incorrect order did clear my bank. So they not only lost a customer because they were over an hour late, but they lied to me about my cc. I was also refused a recite or the menu by the driver, so the transaction was never signed. So unfortunately golden dragon in Joliet lost a customer tonight
