Dont know what happened on Friday July 13, 2023 around 9 a.m. Scrambled egg was like an omelet and cool, potatoes had a sour taste, toast was harder than a crouton, coffee was tasteless, sausage links were very good. Very disappointed because I always brag about the quality of Kelly's food. What happened?

Correction- Thursday, July 13, 2023. dont want to put poorly prepared breakfast on wrong preparer.

I just picked up a breakfast for Mothers Day and no syrup for the french toast! Not happy!

I usually go there 1-2 times a week. The quality has been slipping substantially lately. Notsure what the issue is but I won't be returning.

I used to really enjoy going to Kelly's. The food was usually decent along with the service and price. Sometimes the quality of food would slip a little but I would overlook it as it was usually good and I enjoyed taking a ride out in the country to go there. I recently decided to stop going there forever or at least a very long time as my last meal was simply unexceptable. I had a philly beef that was horrid. The beef was not slices but just tiny tiny shredded particles lumped on bread. I tried to eat it but it was disgusting and I gave up. My wife had a bbq chicken rib special. The rib part was ok but they gave her a nasty looking deep fried chicken thigh and just put bbq sauce on top of it. She said something to the waitress who remarked they must be out of baked chicken. Neither of us ate well that night and I feel I completely wasted my money on a crappy meal. I should have complained but didn't feel up to it. I really use to love Kelly's and went there on average once a week. I would give them 4 maybe 5 stars for their genre of restaurant if they get the quality control in place. As it is I'm staying away for a long time and hope they get better and live up to their high potential.
