O.K., Lets get this started.
My Father who is handicapped wanted Chinese for for Fathers Day, So I took him to China King in Belleville by Sky View, Walgreen's & Schnucks.

First thing we encountered is that there are no handicapped parking spots, No ramp onto the sidewalk & to top it off, The two doors to enter, open in such a way, there is no way a handicapped person could get through them without assistance!

So with some help we made it in and I lead my Father to a large round table, which is better than a booth for a man in his condition. While heading past the order counter, I immediately noticed that the floor was like a ice skating rink! it was covered in what I guess to be grease! I had to hang on to him in hopes he would not slip & fall. He has had an amputation of one leg.

After safely traversing the slick floor, I moved a few chairs to allow room for his walker which has a seat built into it. Normal chairs sit to low for him to stand up & out of, due to his weakened condition. Not a big deal as I'm not expecting special chairs, but do expect a seating are where a walker seat can be used with little effort. So this ONE table was a relief to see.

Now that I have him seated, I sat down myself, grabbed the bottom of my chair, in order to scoot myself & chair forward towards the table, to my disgust & dismay, I found my hands stuck to the chair bottom! Oh drear God it was gross!!!
We should have left then, but didn't want to have my Father travel back to the vehicle, to go elsewhere in his weakened state. So I sucked it up and headed to the counter to ordered our food.

Then I went to get a handful of those mini napkins, as we both tend to wear some of whatever we eat (Like Father like Son). That's when I noticed the food all over the table, and that my arm was stuck to the table as well... Another gross moment!!!
I wiped it off the best I could. So far this dinning experience has been COMPLETELY DREADFUL.

When the food arrived it was on small Styrofoam plates, and our order's where mixed together to boot. The plates where to small to even try an attempt to move the food to the proper persons plate.

In conclusion:
CLEAN THE DAMN PLACE! Floors, Tables & Chairs for starters. If those are that gross, I can imagine how disgusting the cooking area is!

Whether you own the building or not, MAKE IT MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR THE HANDICAPPED!

Quit being cheap asses, Get some larger disposable plates of decent quality!
I don't mind the disposable tableware, but at least use something more customer friendly.

Get the damn orders correct! My God people, There was only two of us who made a very uncomplicated order!

Would not currently recommend.
Although I only order their Crab Rangoon & Fried Crab Sticks, due to them tasting great, The aftereffects are unpleasant.

order food asked for certain sauces asked them to make sure it ws in bag surprise it was called them so so sorry nothing we can do very rude happens everytime we get delivery we will never go back again very nasty staff
