A very clean restaurant. Owners make you feel at home as soon as you come in. Very good service by all the help they have there. The best rib-eye I have had anywhere. I have actually cut it with a butter knife and the salad is always very fresh. I would recommend The Factory to anyone.

I just dined at the Factory recently and although the prices are high and the owner talks to you non-stop through your meal, it was quite tasty. If you want to enjoy the food without the chat, call in the order for carry out.

Ate there last weekend and the food wasn't good at all. The steaks had no taste or flavor at all except where you tasted where they burned them, "filet's" not less. Served only rye bread with your meal and the salad bar sure wasn't anything to write home about. Prices were very high also. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse and my own steaks are much better than here.

The new (4 years) owners of the Factory have done a great job bringing back what, many years ago, was a wonderful place to enjoy dining. The steaks are done perfectly and, if you're up for it, the liver and onions are the best I've had anywhere. I know L&O isn't for everybody, but for me, theirs is really a treat. And don't pass up the French Onion soup.

If you want to eat somewhere that's truly offers fine dining in a casual atmosphere...this is it! Linen table cloths, quiet music and owners who are more than interested in your opinion. Steaks are legendary as is the French Onion soup. If you're looking for a sandwich, the burger is over the top.
