I asked the waitress if the food I was ordering was gluten free. She said yes she should of went to ask. When the food came out again I asked her again is this Gluten-free she said yes. So trusting I ate it and it didn't sit well the taste was too good and the look just told me it wasn't. So again I asked is this Gluten-free she said yes. I then asked her to ask what they used to bread it because it was so good. Next the manager comes out and tells me it wasn't Gluten-free free. Now I will suffer in pain for 3 days. Also orders were messed up on our bills and we told her we needed two bills she brought us 3..gave a 14 year old their own bill.

It was my birthday! We were a party of 8. Eric, a man in his 40's was our waiter. Not only was he patient in taking our orders, he made us feel right at ease. He took our orders, made sure our orders were correct, kept filling our drinks, and making us laugh! After we finished our dinners, he found out it was my birthday, sooooooooo he had the whole crowd of people around us singing Happy Birthday to me! It was crazy and wonderful at the same time! My point is this, Eric is a wonderful waiter and does his job very well! That man needs a raise!!! When we go back to the Gas City, Indiana Cracker Barrell again. we are definitely going to ask him to be our waiter! He was wonderful!

Ate today for Thanksgiving and everything was great.

Our waitress, Janel went beyond and above with her service. She was so attentive to our table. We were the six top in the far room against the window. There was an elderly lady sitting by herself. Janel took time to sit down at her table and talk with her. When she left I heard the lady asked her what days and times she worked. You made her day Janel.

Thank you Janel for making our day and others time enjoyable.

Thanks to everyone at Cracker Barrel in Gas City for giving your day up for all of the people who for numerous reasons for coming there to eat. Great Job.
