Very poor service! Three of the employees stood there chit-chatting while I was waiting to give them my order and never even acknowledge that I was there. If you're hungry do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The last four times that I have went to McDonalds, the service was poor. The associates always take care of the drive thru first. before the customers inside the restaurant. I waited 20 minutes just to get my grankids one order of nuggets and one Happy Meal. This is ridiculious. When I ask what the hold up on my order was, I was totally ignored. When I did get it, the fries were cold. This place has really went down hill and that's a shame. I could have made a trip to Seymour to Burger King and gotten waited on faster. Don't think I will be going back to this McDonalds anytime soon, if not at all.

As a pastor I bought 10 Christmas books from the McDonald’s in Brownstown, thinking that each child could go in a get a hamburger, drink, fries and a cone for free, but come to find out they could only use one coupon per visit, so the coupon book was basically worthless. I will not make that mistake again and I will let other pastors know this as well…
