This place has gone down hill big time!, Had dinner last night and it was a horrible experience. After walking in we were told to pick any seat but all vacant tables were filthy. The lone waitress did come quickly and cleaned our table. At this time we realized she was the only person working in the restaurant that was fairly busy. This poor girl was running everywhere. She was answering the phone, ringing out customers, cleaning tables, taking orders, delivering orders and taking care of customers coming in for takeout. Needless to say the service was horrible but this was no fault of her own. At one point a gentleman from another table got up and was going to get his own soda refill. Finally a customer who came in for dinner saw what was happening and started helping her take orders and cleaning tables. Things got so bad for this waitress she began crying behind the counter. On top of all we saw the owner pop out from the kitchen but offered no help.on top of it all my chicken dinner was the worst I ever tasted. I will never be back again!,

I love the Woodbury Diner. They are so friendly there they will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you want and are satisfied with your meal. The meals are always SO delicious 😋 I have never had anything that wasn’t the absolute best where I’ve walked out looking forward to my next trip back. 😃

This dinner is really starting to go down hill.Our last three visits meal was not that good...We drive from Seymour it used to be worth the trip..I think we made our last visit to Woodbury Dinner...

Great food great staff they make you feel like your eating with family especially the management . Highly recommend the prime rib great quality beef who would think you would get that in a diner.
