This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. Not just in Iowa City. I love their food and i regularly ge the steamed pork dumplings.

Bests: Shrimp eggroll, House Special Fried Rice made spicy, not on the menu, but easy to order, Singapore Mein Fun. Everything else I've tried over the years has been what you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant in the middle of America: OK, which is better than many.

The workers are kind & hard-working. The food is delicious and I come here between 2-4 times a month. I have never been unsatisfied ONCE. Taste of China is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant in Iowa City.

Food is delicious ... no matter what you pick. The people at the front desk are courteous and helpful. I am disabled and they always help me to the door and make sure I get out safely.

Taste of China has been in town my whole life. As I head back to college this week, and eaten at this restaurant over the summer in a little disappointed. The prices are great so I can afford to eat out by the Chinese food is better at my school.

I USUALLY LOVE THE TASTE OF CHINA TODAY IT WAS VERY UNFLAVORFUL ..BUT USUALLY ITS BURSTING WITH FLAVOR ..WONDERING IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE KITCHEN WITH THE DISH I ORDERED TODAY.(CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI)

It was great! I'm Chinese, so I know how Chinese food is supposed to taste. Looks of the restaurant is not impressive, but food really is very good!
