HELL NO! Same as the post above. I received FOOD POISONING-WITHIN ONE HOUR of eating there and then had it again exactly 6 hours from when I ate there and then into the night, which btw food poisoning within an hour is usually related to STAPH. So gross. The food --tasted rubbery, chewy, not fresh (except the rice & Lo mein). The kitchen crew just kept coming out stirring the food at the buffet every 15 min to keep it warm?? Instead, make a fresh batch instead of serving old food that u made at 8am.
I reported them to the Reno Cty Health Dept.. I don't care if it is the only Chinese place in Hutch, I would rather them close them down then people getting sick.

So so gross, save yourself a trip and go buy the frozen Chinese in the grocery store. Well worth it in the end and not worth risking your life over a possible staph from good poisoning.

my last trip to china star in Hutchinson was my last. The food was cold not to mention the buffet was empty and every thing was so old it must have been there for days.I was there about a year ago and noticed steam coming out of the steam tables I thought it was odd as I have never noticed it before then I saw the reason why the state inspectors were there looking everything over and then shortly after that I was there again and when I got home I was very ill not sure but I'm thinking food poisoning but when I pay 10 bucks for a buffet I expect better that so would I recommend anyone eating there Hell no and if you ask me the state should come in and close it down
