Live in Elko and ashamed this place is here. Would give no stars of possible. When to lunch at new address and we were seated all alone in the middle of a wet floor from a pipe leak one the west side of the place while only 4 other tables were occupied down in front. Took 15 mins before our orders were even taken and another 20 to get a plate to my husband. Another 20 mins and I still had no food. When we could finally get a server, and not the one who took our orders, she gave me a cup of miso soup and it was burnt and gross! When my order finally came 45 mins after ordering it was NOT what I ordered and I never did get my side of tuna. So dark and dingy I begun to wonder if we would be getting sick after our visit. This is the worst service and poor excuse for "fresh" sea food I have ever received in 20 years of living in Elko.
PLEASE do not eat here in Elko, go to the STAR. You will pay more but the food is GREAT!

My daughter and I are from Austin, Texas visiting my son and daughter-in-law. My daughter saw the sign of your restaurant advertising sushi. So we wanted to try the fare. We ordered food. My daughter, son and daughter-in-law were served; the people who had sat down and ordered after us were served and the 2 gentlemen at the bar who also came in and ordered after us were served. I did not receive my food. We were asked how the food was and I had not been served. I told the server and he appeared to not have a care in the world that I had not been served. I am a gourmet cook and know how much time food takes to cook. I told my son to pay for the food they ate; I walked out. The service was extremely lousy! My daughter in law said this is typical for this establishment. The restaurant also smelled like a barn. The owners must have a out of business wish.
